世界杯威利（英语：World Cup Willie）是1966年世界杯足球赛的官方吉祥物[1]，是世界杯历史上首个吉祥物。造型为一只狮子；狮子是大英帝国的一个典型标记及英格兰国家足球队的象征，穿上印有英国国旗和有世界杯（"WORLD CUP"）字样的球衣。[2][3]
